The current mandate is to find qualified candidates to enter their Financial Advisor Associate Training Program in their California region (principally Los Angeles, Santa Barbara and other selected locations.) Their offer specialized financial services to affluent individuals with a defined net worth which include brokerage and investment advisory services, financial and wealth planning, credit and lending, cash management, annuities and insurance, retirement and trust funds. In addition they also provide a range of products and services to businesses and financial institutions. The Financial Advisor Associate Training Program offers a structured training program that helps prepare the appropriate candidate to become a Financial Advisor. This program’s extensive curriculum provides all the tools and strategies necessary to build a client base of high net worth individuals as well as to sustain long-term relationships with those clients. In addition, the training program teaches how to provide clients with a high level of individualized world class service, comprehensive brokerage services, and investment strategies consistent with the client’s financial goals.
In addition to the comprehensive training curriculum, the candidate will have access a mentoring program with senior Financial Advisors, and an array of financial tools and technology. The Financial Advisor Associate Training Program offers competitive compensation including base salary, commensurate with previous experience, along with the opportunity to earn additional variable income that increases with performance.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Marketing or related field And/or a minimum of 5 years related experience (i.e. sales, commercial banking, financial wholesaler) Competitiveness Strong work ethic and ability to multitask Result oriented Demonstrated ability to sell Demonstrated ability to develop and cultivate relationships Interest in financial markets and investments Excellent problem solving, networking, communication, interpersonal and organizational skill
Preferred Experience:
Sales Business owner/Entrepreneur Professional service career (Legal, Accounting, Education, Military)
